Green Thumb Garden Club moves into fall with a floral design presentation by Jennifer O’Brien, owner of Louloudi 30a floral design. Louloudi is the Greek word for bloom and Jennifer’s seasonal creations are inspired by the region’s natural beauty with a focus on form, texture, and movement.
The October meeting is at Westwinds Conference Center at Sandestin, 4700 Westwinds Dr., Miramar Beach, FL 32550 on October 15, 2025. Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. & the meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. Lunch is included in the $30 event fee.
The October meeting will also be the members-only bazaar presale. The pre-sale is an opportunity to purchase handcrafted trees, wreaths, garlands and other items. Non-perishable food items and gift cards for the upcoming holidays will be collected for Caring & Sharing of South Walton’s food pantry assistance program. The collection is an annual event and always successful because of the generous donations of GTGC members.

GTGC’s largest scholarship fundraiser, the fifth annual Holiday Bazaar, is on November 15, 2025, at Cantina Laredo Grand Boulevard. Bazaar hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Past year’s events sold out, so save the date and come early for the best selection.
