The Arc of the Emerald Coast is proud to announce Burning Up the Beaches Cruise and Car Show will be returning for its 12th year. All years, makes and models of cars and trucks are welcome to join the fun!
The Burning Up the Beaches weekend will begin on Thursday, May 4, at 2:00 pm for pre-registered check-in and on-site registration in the lobby at The Island Resort.
Drivers will cruise throughout Ft. Walton Beach with designated stops from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm on Friday, May 5, followed by a Cinco de Mayo themed party with entertainment provided by Flash Flood.
On Saturday, May 6 there will be a Car Show at Destin Commons 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. There will be raffle baskets and 50/50 tickets throughout the event. Valve cover races will begin at 11:00 am. Awards are scheduled at 2:30 pm. This event is free for spectators.
