“T.Mike” Cejielski will tell his inspiring story of defecting from Communist Poland during the Munich Olympics in 1972, to his fascinating service in the US Air Force.
Tadeusz Mike “T.Mike” Cegielski, Major, USAF/US Army (Ret.), will describe his amazing US military career which lead him to teaching Russian Language and Political Science at the US Air Force Academy and serving as interpreter for four US presidents, including participating in the Salt Talks with Gorbachev. He is fluent in four languages.
T.Mike even proudly returned to his homeland Poland, as an assistant to the USAF Air Attaché at the US Embassy, 20 years after defecting and escaping Communist tyranny. His military service also included Deputy Director, Senior Political-Military Analyst for Strategic Affairs at U.S. NORTHCOM, Senior Training Analyst at NORAD/Cheyenne Mountain Directorate’s Operational Intelligence Watch, and Air Force Special Operations Command at Hurlburt Field.
T.Mike’s in-depth knowledge of world history and politics, coupled with his real life experience living in Communist and Socialist countries, are a foundation for his staunch conservatism. His patriotic message is perfect timing right before voters head to the polls, and as we remember our veterans!
At this November 2nd Wednesday meeting, WRWF will also be reviewing portions of the general election ballot, including the controversial tax referendum and some of the judges on the ballot. As always, men are welcome. Pre-registration is required, and available at:
