Roland Moriarty fell in love with photography in the early 90’s and it has become a consuming passion ever since. “It’s a great pleasure to be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds,” says Moriarty. Roland is now a Santa Rosa Beach local but began his early days of photography began while living in Massachusetts. Since then he has devoted himself to photography in many forms – fine-art, documentary, portraiture, head shots, fashion, commercial, lifestyle and wedding. He also keeps a blog for his personal and fine-art work. His portfolio includes everything from album cover shoots to professional sports photography. Moriarty’s diverse experience has made him comfortable in nearly every photographic situation. “I find that it’s best to sit down and discuss each shoot with my clients in person as trust and comfort level are critical to photographic success.” He strives to bring out his clients personalities in his shoots and let each photographic story unfold and develop.
