Emerald Coast Theatre Company’s (ECTC) signature event, “La Vie En Rouge,” held on Thursday, March 28 raised $37,467 for the local organization.
Inspired by the hit musical, Moulin Rouge!, the event brought the glitz and glamour of a 19th-century Parisian cabaret to the Emerald Coast. From entry to exit, guests were delighted with live musical performances and interactive experiences from ECTC’s talent troupe of singers and actors, sponsored by Grand Boulevard at Sandestin® and Cabana by The Seaside Style.
“What a soiree to remember,” said Anna Fisher, co-founder of ECTC. “The music, the costumes, the food, the performances – we can’t wait to do it again next year! Thank you to each person that supported this event, from the restaurants serving food and local businesses who donated auction items, to the ticket holders and sponsors – you all helped make this event so special.”
Through ticket sales, donations, and silent auction purchases, ECTC was able to raise $37,467. This money will go directly to the organization’s continued mission to enrich and entertain the Emerald Coast community through professional and educational theatre.
Emerald Coast Theatre Company would like to thank the additional local businesses and individuals for sponsoring the anniversary event, including Clay 30A, DestinFlorida.com, Emerald Coast Magazine, Life Media, Own at the Beach, Poate/ Bonjeau Financial Group of Wells Fargo, Rose and Co., Scarlett Magazine, SoWal.com, VIP 30A Magazine, and VIP Destin Magazine.
