The overwhelming sweeping trend Rockwell Tharp is seeing is that Ladies want to get dressed up again, wear unique apparel, classy boots and footwear. Globally, Rockwell Tharp is seeing a huge increase in demand for boots- specifically, beautiful colorful boots & white or ivory boots. Other notable trends are European style layered tier dresses, ruffle cap sleeves and bell sleeves being a particularly hot trend. Ladies, in general, want to be fashionable, get out of their leisure wear, attend events and live life!
