Seagrove Garden Club members Linda Romano, left, Marie Spafford and Tracy Bielamowicz hosted Flower Wave, a spontaneous public flower give-away, at Hibiscus Guesthouse in Grayton Beach in late February to help celebrate the 30th anniversary of the bed and breakfast. Hibiscus’ original guest house once belonged to the family of long-time garden club member Rose Rogers. In addition to repurposing donated flowers weekly into arrangements that brighten faces at a local hospital and assisted-living centers in Santa Rosa Beach, club members also share free flowers with passersby when they can.
