The 2019 recipients of the Walton Republican Women Federated (WRWF) continuing education grants are Jessica Joscelyn (left) and Linda Neil (right). Margaret Crozier, grant committee chairman, made the presentation. Both are students at Emerald Coast Technical College, studying Cosmetology and Automotive Service Technology, respectively. WRWF offers continuing education grants to Walton County women of all ages who wish to pursue certification in a trade.
