By this time Christmas is put away, (or almost). You may have over indulged with a little too much food or drink, but hey it’s 2017 –time for a fresh start!

Coming from a pharmacy background I have to admit that healthy living was not on my radar for the longest time. As I became educated in how many options we have to improve our health I was intrigued but it wasn’t until I changed my attitude about my own personal health that I changed some habits.

For the next three days I enjoyed energy I thought was long gone. That propelled me to make many more good choices towards a life of pain free health.
