Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC) is proud to announce its annual Harvest Moon Fundraiser Weekend, taking place September 26-27, 2025. This beloved three-day community event combines wellness, exceptional dining, entertainment, and philanthropy to support PWMC’s mission of providing high-quality primary healthcare regardless of patients’ means or access to insurance.  All events sell out annually, so early registration is recommended.

Friday Morning: Yoga in the Park

The weekend begins on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 9 a.m. with a peaceful yoga session in Ruskin Place in Seaside, FL. Participants are invited to bring their own mats and join the community for stretching, breathing, and grounding under the beautiful trees of Ruski. This wellness-focused start to the weekend embodies PWMC’s commitment to health and community well-being.

Friday Evening Dinner Celebration

The weekend kicks off on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. with an elegant dinner celebration at Bud & Alley’s Restaurant in Seaside (located at 2236 East County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL), one of the coast’s most cherished dining destinations. Set against the Gulf’s pristine waters, guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner, beverages, and special evening activities.

Tickets are $275 per person, with table and event sponsorships still available. The evening features both silent and live auctions, with silent auction items including fine art, jewelry, local dining experiences, and unique excursions. The live auction will showcase several luxury trips and premium experiences.

“Your ticket purchase is more than just a meal—it’s an opportunity to connect with like-minded community members who share your commitment to giving back,” said Executive Director Hillary Glenn. “As twilight falls over the water, guests will experience world-class hospitality while directly supporting our vital healthcare mission.”

Saturday Evening: Open House and Harvest Moon Social Club

The celebration continues on Saturday, September 27, with an Open House at the clinic (located at 1321 North County Hwy 395, Santa Rosa Beach, FL) from 6 – 7 p.m., where guests can tour the facility and learn more about PWMC’s services. Following the tour, attendees will follow lanterns to the Harvest Moon Social Club, a hidden Carnival in Point Washington for an evening of drinks, grazing, and dancing under the moonlight. Saturday tickets are $85 per person.
