Topsail Talks is a monthly educational discovery series with presentations from organizations and government agencies from outside the park on the third Friday of the month at 10am in the clubhouse. Future dates and topics are “Native American History of the Florida Panhandle” by the Indian Temple Mound on August 17, “Microplastics and Plastic Pollution” by Dr.Laura Tiu a Florida Sea Grant Agent on September 21 and “Coastal Dune Lakes” by the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance on October 19.

Ranger’s Choice Program at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park- 3 p.m.
Park Rangers invite visitors of all ages to come out to learn about a topic of the Ranger’s choice for the week pertaining to the Park, wildlife, history, or anything under the sun at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. August 18- Sea Turtle Baby Shower at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park- 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Celebrate sea turtle hatching season and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park’s birthday. Event attendees will not only learn about sea turtles but also about the creatures that share the Gulf with them and what we can do to help them. Of course there will be cake!
