The Friends of Walton County Coastal Branch Library is excited to host the art of the students of renowned Florida artist, Dorothy Starbuck. Dorothy has been teaching for approximately forty years. She has also given many multi-day workshops and demonstrations for various art clubs. Bonnie Loman, Lauren Cotton and Shelley Blackmarr are a few of the current students of Dorothy Starbuck that are displaying their art. “We feel privileged to sit under the instruction of a well-known and loved artist.”
