Local Inventor and Recycling company team up to create the “Green & Clean” Project
Max McCann, a professional musician, inventor and president of ZenVentures inc., has recently teamed up with Chip Chavous ,the owner and operator of EZ-PZ Recycling to expand the current recycling system in our community. The program incorporates the unique design and functions of a patented utility cart that McCann is developing for golf carts and resorts. The Green & Clean Project consists of positioning multiple scaled cart units at convenient locations throughout South Walton, so the public can more frequently and easily deposit recyclables. Chip and EZPZ Recycling has provided a successful curbside service for the last two years and continues to grow. Max and his family are very passionate about what can be done to help our Mother Earth and recycling is “kind of a no-brainer,” says Max. “Recycling is the first step toward a sustainaable future.”
The first 2 locations for the mini-carts will be: next to Haven House on US-Hwy 98 and at Sallys by the Sea store in Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. The duo are hoping to install a total of 20 by 2019.
