Meet Lauren Catanese of 30A TV’s The Big Tamale

Ten years ago I wrote in my journal that I wanted to create a health conscious television show that would bring awareness of various holistic healing and spiritual awakening activities.  Having been blessed to meet inspiring movers and shakers, people that are living their truth and creating from love and whose mission is to help others awaken in their own lives, I wanted to share their stories to encourage others. I wanted my show to include a “Happy News” segment which would highlight some positive and good events occurring in the world. While there are terrible things happening out there, there is also a lot of good. The show would balance the dark by focusing on the light. Fast forward 10 years: The Big Tamale is now on 30A TV along with Happy News. When you begin to follow your inner guidance and believe in yourself, you strengthen your ability to create a world that matches your true inner essence. Dreams become a reality. Watch my show and see what you think. I hope it inspires you to dig deep within and discover your magic. Be brave and courageous enough to share your gifts with the rest of us. We are waiting.

One of my favorite things about the show is getting more involved with the community. I had no idea how many inspiring people we had living here! I am grateful to be able to get to know some of them. And I am just getting started! Our community is full of passionate, giving, helpful, and successful souls that are striving to make this world a better place. With the holiday season upon us, allow yourself to break routines and try something new; maybe even a bit inspiring! Find a way to give to someone else with no strings attached.
